Job Description

We are looking for sales talent to join our enterprise sales organization and deliver on the solid growth ahead of us.

We have been successfully deploying our AI solutions across Europe. The customer feedbacks are overwhelmingly positive, and our sales pipeline is filling up. You will be joining a highly dynamic environment for motivated Sales!

As we are in the scale-up phase, you will be in charge of developing our "land & expand" playbook: Closing new business opportunities and expanding revenue with enterprise customers across Europe.

You will have to gain access to key decision-makers within large manufacturing organizations. You will be leading the scoping, negotiation, and closing of agreements with those accounts.

You will be working with product, deployment, and engineering to make every deal a success. With a customer-centric mindset, you are expected to bridge conversations between client requirements and our product team.

You will have the opportunity to discover different industries, be at the forefront of the digital transformation in manufacturing, and see industrial AI deployed for real-life use cases.

Preferred Experience

Experience

  • Minimum 3 year experience in a Sales position
  • Experience in selling to medium and large manufacturing groups
  • Experience in selling industrial solutions, products or softwares
  • Experience in running complex sales campaigns with long cycle times
  • Proven track record in large contract negotiations

Skills

  • Fluent in French and English
  • A Technical degree is a plus
  • Excellence in communication and presentation skills, attention to detail
